SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
Due to high order volume, please allow 1–4 business days for order processing.
Orders to the United States are generally delivered within 8–12 business days. Since our products may ship from an overseas warehouse, delivery times may occasionally take longer than expected.
After your order is confirmed by email, you will receive an additional update once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
LumiaraSkin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, system failures, security events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject only to our Return and Refund Policy.
If a customer refuses a package, fails to collect a package, or provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, LumiaraSkin reserves the right to deny a refund or deduct any shipping, return handling, payment processing, and restocking costs from any refund issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers, street names, zip codes, and any other relevant delivery details. LumiaraSkin is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Because some products are shipped from overseas warehouses, shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and customs process.
Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer if charged by local authorities.
