RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The following policy explains the terms for order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds at LumiaraSkin.
LumiaraSkin – the online store supplying the products.
Customer – any person placing an order, purchase, or exchange through the store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email and must include a valid order number.
If the cancellation request is received on time and the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after 1 hour from the time of purchase, LumiaraSkin will make its best effort to stop the order if it has not yet left the warehouse, אך cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If the order cannot be cancelled in time, the customer must wait for the package to arrive and then follow the return process outlined below.
Exchanges
Customers may request one exchange only within 14 days of delivery, based on the tracking information provided with the order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LumiaraSkin does not guarantee exchanges for a different item, color, or model.
Only one exchange is permitted per order. If multiple items from one order need to be exchanged, they must be handled together and not separately on different dates.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used eye devices, skincare tools, or skincare products cannot be returned.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refunds
If the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued only to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Store Credit
At LumiaraSkin’s discretion, store credit may be offered instead of a refund in certain cases.
Store credit, gift credit, or coupon credit issued by LumiaraSkin will be valid for 2 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased on sale, with coupon codes, or as part of promotional offers may be subject to different return conditions.
Opened or used products are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must contact LumiaraSkin within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof.
If approved, LumiaraSkin will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or defective products are not eligible for cash refunds if a replacement can be provided.
Order Refusal / Failed Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or refunds are subject only to this policy.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the package, or provides an incorrect shipping address, LumiaraSkin reserves the right to deduct any shipping, return handling, payment processing, or restocking costs from any refund issued.
Right to Cancel Orders
LumiaraSkin reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
If LumiaraSkin cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
